McNally Joinery is pleased to announce their new range of certified energy rated windows. From the 1st Jan 2009, all new or existing buildings for sale or rent will require a BER assessment. This EU directive is to promote energy savings. A U value is the measure of the heat loss through a material. The lower the U value, the less heat that is needlessly escaping from the building.
